Before deciding to be an Animator you need to think about what you exactly want to do in this industry. Do you want to be a 2D Animator? interest in 3D? do you want to do stop-motion? want to be a motion graphics artist? These all are the question that you should ask yourself and take time to think deeply and find your desire. Answering these questions is important because this answer directly will shape your future, my friend. After that answer, you going to take your second step, and find out how you can educate yourself on all the things you need to know.
There are so many things that you have to learn actually. Things like software graphic design, sketching, and other basic things and principles that you need to learn. If you want to design Characters for games, series, and movies in 2D or 3D and want to follow a serious career full-time, we do recommend that you look into attending practice full-time. Or doing a correspondence or a proper accredited online course where you start with the basics and have a structured subject to following.
